- Mexico Lifeboat Disaster 1886
A Lytham Heritage Group Exhibition at Lytham Heritage Centre commemorates the 125th Anniversary of the Mexico Lifeboat Disaster of 1886. The tragic events surrounding the lifeboats involved in the saving of the Mexico generated great emotion. This exhibition, running from 15th November to 11th December 2011 and 7th February to 4th March 2012 tells the story of the tragedy, the boats and their crews.
- Lytham windmill sails turning bid
The sails and millstones of Lytham’s windmill could be turning again by summer 2014 in a £500,000-plus plan to upgrade it into a working museum.
The famous windmill and the former RNLI boathouse will both be refurbished and modernised in a Lytham Heritage Group project that aims to more than double visitor numbers to approximately 60,000 per year.

Artist’s Tribute to Father’s Wartime Experience
British artist Roger Kirby, who has lived and worked in the USA since 1993, will exhibit “30 Missions” during May at Lytham Heritage Centre as a tribute to his late father Rip Kirby and the wartime crews of Bomber Command.

- St Cuthbert's Church 175th Anniversary Exhibition
St Cuthbert's Church, Lytham, one of the oldest churches on the Fylde Coast celebrates its 175th Anniversary this year (2009). As part of the celebrations the church has arranged an exhibition of various artifacts and items of interest from the Church's past and present. The exhibition is displayed at Lytham Heritage Centre from 1 December to 13 December 2009.

- Stewards Event May 2009
A thank you event was held at Lytham Hall on 11th May 2009.
Over 50 stewards from Lytham Heritage Group were present at the buffet lunch event. Alan Ashton Chairman of the Group thanked all the volunteers for their wonderful assistance over the 2008 and 2009 seasons. Without them the exhibitions held at Lytham Heritage Centre and the Museum at Lytham Windmill could not have opened.
